1. Basic parameters:

1. Inspection before use: after the machine is installed, connect the power supply, try to run the three-phase motor, ensure the correct running direction, ensure the pressure and flow rate of compressed air, check whether each motor, bearing, etc. need to add lubricating oil, it is strictly forbidden to run without oil, and the machine can be started after normal, and at the same time observe whether the fasteners in each part are loose, and can be used normally after the operation of each part is stable;

2. Check whether the safety facilities are functioning normally;

3. Before starting the machine, carefully check whether there is water in all water tanks, whether the chain plate is stuck, whether there are debris on the conveyor belt, whether there are bottle caps in the Chu lid box, whether there are several buckets of water source, power supply, and gas source. The stop can be stopped by pressing the stop button at the filling point and the control box, and the main power supply can be turned off when the machine is stopped.

2. Safety rules:

1. There are no foreign objects in the liquid filling machine equipment (such as tools, rags, etc.);

2. The liquid filling machine is not allowed to have abnormal noise (if there is, the machine should be stopped immediately to check the reason);

3. All protective objects should be safe and reliable, and it is strictly forbidden to wear foreign objects that may be caught by moving parts (such as scarves, bracelets, watches, etc.);

4. Workers with long hair should wear hair covers;

5. Do not clean the electrical unit with water and other liquids;

6. When cleaning, wear work clothes, gloves, and staring eyes to prevent strong acid and alkali corrosion;

7. When it is running, someone must monitor it, and do not use tools or other objects to approach the machine;

8. Do not let personnel unrelated to operation approach the equipment.

3. Maintenance and maintenance:

1. Regular inspection and maintenance: Starting components such as cylinders, solenoid valves, speed regulation and electrical parts should be inspected monthly. The inspection method can be manually adjusted to check the quality and operation reliability, the cylinder mainly checks whether there is air leakage and jamming, the solenoid valve can be manually forced to act to see if the solenoid coil is burned out and the valve is blocked, and the electrical part may be checked against the input and output signal indicators, such as checking whether the switch element is damaged, whether the line is broken, and whether the output element is working normally.

2. Daily factory construction and maintenance: whether the motor is operating normally, whether the safety environment is normal, and whether the cooling system is abnormal. whether there is abnormal vibration or abnormal sound; Whether there is abnormal overheating and discoloration.

4. Precautions:

1. The motor and casing must be grounded, and the neutral wire and bottom wire must be separated;

2. The power supply inlet of the machine must be introduced through the leakage switch;

3. The pneumatic three elements require the addition of pneumatic special lubricating oil to extend the service life of the cylinder;

4. Water mercury is strictly prohibited from waterless operation, and pay attention to replenishing water for alkaline water tanks and disinfection tanks during operation, and ensure the supply of cleaning water.

5. Equipment cleaning requirements:

1. Clean the nozzles, pipes, conveyor belts and water tanks of the equipment before and after work every day;

2. Clean the filling equipment and pipelines with disinfectant water regularly every week, and then rinse the equipment with process water after disinfection.

3. The operator should record and save the disinfection and cleaning process.
